Callagher Estate Agents can either attend all maintenance matters or owner’s can manage their own property maintenance requirements. We also provide an in-house Maintenance and Electrical service that can manage any electrical, carpentry, garden maintenance, or small renovation projects. Coordination of Renovations.Especially useful for interstate or overseas Landlords. Callagher Estate Agents can organise quotes and monitor the progress of major renovations. Digital images can be emailed to landlords to monitor the progress.
