With more than 15 years experience in senior customer service roles, Grace El-Melky has been successfully building relationships for a lot of her working life.

With four kids, and four grandkids (and another on the way), she’s also had plenty of experience with relationships for a lot of the time she’s been out of the office.
“My kids are the centre of my world, and I am very close to all of them.” Grace also loves spending time with her friends, socialising and healthy living.
She takes the same approach to the relationships she builds with clients as she does with her family. She believes in honesty, trust, transparency, integrity and going the extra mile. She also believes in dreaming big.
Grace credits her attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills as a few of the keys to her professional success which has been recognised in numerous awards including Property Manager of the Year for Customer Service.
