Leasing consultant Josh Fong loves working in property also as much as he loves playing basketball – which he has done for most of his life, he sees a number of similarities between the two – the most significant being mutual support and the ability to work as a team.

After a year building houses as a carpenter, he decided he would much more prefer selling them so took the leap into real estate.

He loves learning all aspects of real estate, meeting new people and seeing the smile on their faces when they’ve found a new home.

He says his strengths are being a great listener and engaging with people from all walks of life.
